How old should my child be for an impression?
We make impressions of children of all ages from newborns to adults. It is never too late to capture the memory of your little, or not so little one. Our ornaments are sized especially for babies under 6 or 7 months of age, but we have a wide variety of sizes to fit every member of your family.

What can I expect during my appointment?
When you come for your appointment, you will have an assortment of plates, colors, sizes and shapes to choose from. It only takes a few moments to take an impression of your child. You can have as many impressions as you would like during your appointment. Once the child’s impressions are taken, the remaining work is completed in our studio. We do all the work for you!

How long will it take to process my order?
To deliver the best quality product, your order will be completed within 4-6 weeks. As soon as your order is complete, we will notify you. If you prefer we can ship your order to you for a nominal charge.

Do you make house calls?
Yes. Please call us for those special occasions and circumstances. We do make house calls, hospital visits, etc. for a nominal fee.

Do you do parties or fundraisers?
Yes. Minimum orders are required. Please call and we will set up a time for your special occasion.

Can I Buy A Gift Certificate?
Yes. Gift certificates are great for many occasions – baby showers, birthdays, mother’s and father’s day, and for grandparents too! Gift certificates are available in any denomination. Just call and order over the phone.

What Happens If My Print Is Damaged?
We are committed to producings high quality products. We use time tested materials and processes. However, on occasion defects occur due to misfirings, glaze impurities or material contaminants. If this happens to your plate we will be happy to redo your order at no additional cost.

How should I care for my plate?
You will enjoy your kiln-fired ceramic plate for years to come. Unlike Plaster of Paris products you will not experience color fading or crumbling. Just like ceramic dishes these plates need to be treated with care.

What size of plate would be best for my child?
Many sizes and styles are availiabe, but please keep in mind that often the size of plate will be determined by the size of the child’s hand or foot.

If I want a plate for Mother's day, Christmas, or another special occasion, when should I place my order?
Please place your order at least four weeks in advance. We know this is not always possible, so if time is short, place your order and we will give you a sample plate to wrap for your loved one while your plate is finished.

Do you do pets?
Yes. We do puppy paws too.
